His studio is a homage to vintage style, and it feels good just walking into such an aesthetically pleasing space. Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch bodywork which supports deep healing and works with the whole body including the nervous system, fascia and skull/spine. I’m Carolina, My passion for injury and rehabilitation took me to study FdSc Sports Therapy and Science, I became a specialist in Injury and Pathology and Myofascial Chain (it is all about the unbreakable relationship between the musculoskeletal dysfunction and physiological behaviour). I take a holistic approach to assessment and treatment, addressing both physical and emotional factors. By understanding the impact of emotions on posture, injury and pain, I provide comprehensive rehab that integrates manual therapy, specific exercises and Clinical Pilates. I am passionate about helping people.

The instructor Jack has moved all his life and never stopped. From a young age he trained in Karate until Black Belt level, this movement journey and movement as art and a way of life has continued into Calisthenics, HandBalancing, Surfing, Yoga, Climbing, Primal Flow and now… SlackLining. Since studying NatLife, Jack is massively about Nervous System regulation and feeling safe in the body to play, explore, live, move, traverse, dance and rest. His ethos around Movement is that it should be Minimalist, mirroring how we move in natural environments and there to serve as pre-habilitation to our chosen sports, Movement style, play, sport, and life in general.
